Teaching is demanding, and we know it.

The planning, the resources and the evidence all add up, on top of the teaching itself. TeacherOS won't do the job for you, but it can take some of that weight off, so there's a little more of you left for your class, and for yourself.

Everything a lesson needs, from one plan

Plan once and TeacherOS makes the rest from it, so the worksheet, the slides and the evidence all match the lesson you're actually teaching.

  • Timed lesson plans

A starter, main activity and plenary from the curriculum topic you choose, adapted for SEND and EAL in your class. Edit anything, then approve it.

  • Worksheets

One for the whole class and adapted versions for pupils who need them, as PDF and Word, with the number of questions you choose.

  • Answer keys

Worked answers for you, kept apart from the pupils' sheets, ready to mark with once you've checked them.

  • Slides

A PowerPoint deck that follows the plan: objectives, key words, teaching, practice, checking and a plenary.

  • Printable activities

Up to 3 a lesson from 17 kinds, from wordsearches and crosswords to sorting, sequencing, writing frames and exit tickets.

  • Teachers' Standards evidence

Your plan and reflection matched to the standards they show, with a written entry for each that you can check and edit.

From topic to evidence in four steps

The same four steps every time, and you can stop after any of them and come back later from My lessons.

  1. 1

    Lesson details

Choose the key stage, year group, subject and topic, the length of the lesson and the needs in your class.

  2. 2

    Lesson plan

TeacherOS writes a timed plan. Read it, change what doesn't suit your class, then approve it.

  3. 3

    Resources

Make worksheets, answer keys, slides and activities from the approved plan, ready to print or present.

  4. 4

    Evidence

After you teach, add a short reflection. Find evidence matches the lesson to the Teachers' Standards.

Made for teaching in England, not a general chatbot

A general AI chat can write a lesson. TeacherOS is built around the curriculum, your class and the Teachers' Standards.

Your evidence builds itself as you teach

Every approved lesson is matched to the Teachers' Standards it shows. Your reflection goes with it, so you write it once, not once for each standard.

The Evidence page keeps every entry together, sorted by standard and sub-standard, so you can see at a glance where you're strong and where you need more.

Download it all as one PDF, grouped by standard, for mentor meetings, reviews and appraisals.

And the rest of your week

  • Classes and timetable

Set up your classes and weekly timetable, Week A and Week B included, and plan straight from a lesson slot.

  • Reflections

What went well, even better if, what pupils learned and next steps, written once per lesson.

  • Plan the next lesson

Turn a reflection into the next lesson, so a sequence builds on what actually happened.

Careful with your data

  • No pupils' names

TeacherOS never asks for them. Describe pupils instead, and plans work just as well.

  • Yours to take or delete

Ask for a copy of everything from your Account page, and delete your account whenever you like.

  • Never sold

Your data is used only to run TeacherOS for you, under UK GDPR, and never for advertising.

Questions teachers ask

Who is TeacherOS for?

Any teacher in a primary or secondary school in England, at any stage of their career. It follows the national curriculum and the Teachers' Standards.

Is it free?

Yes. Every account gets free AI generations each month, and they reset on the 1st. A lesson plan, a set of resources and an evidence report each use one. Reopening, editing and downloading what you've made is always free. Paid plans add more.

Do I have to enter pupils' names?

No, and please don't. Describe pupils instead, for example "a pupil with EAL" or "two pupils with dyslexia". Plans and evidence never need real names.

Can I change what it writes?

Always. You read and edit every plan before approving it, and every evidence entry is yours to edit. The AI can make mistakes, so check answers before you mark with them.

What happens to my data?

It's used only to run TeacherOS for you, never sold or used for advertising. You can ask for a copy from your Account page and delete your account at any time. The Privacy policy has the details.

Is it part of the DfE?

No. TeacherOS is independent and isn't endorsed by the Department for Education. Always follow your school's guidance.
